Updated to match the v0.12 of the official public demo

I have updated the mod according to the release of a new version of the public demo. The new public version doesn't seem too stable, and there seems to be a few issues here and there compare to the previous version. I only change it to allow for same-sex romance, so I can only help with that. Of course, I will try to help if you have other issues, but I can't promise anything in that case. Sorry about that. 

I also have tried to make the modded html be downloadable, so if anyone have an interest to further modify them, feel free to do so. Or you can just download the current public demo and start from there instead :))
